Daggerfall Covenant[edit]
The Daggerfall Covenant is one of the three joinable factions participating in the Alliance War, the other two being the Aldmeri Dominion and the Ebonheart Pact. The crest of the Daggerfall Covenant is a lion, and its colors are blue and silver.
The Daggers[edit]
The Daggers are a newly formed mercenary group from Daggerfall, led by Gelvin Feldrin. They hope to make a name for themselves while the Fighters Guild is busy with the Dark Anchor contract, although they have no real experience.
Dagonites[edit]
Dagonites are mortals (generally part of a cult) who revere the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon. A Dagonite sect can be found invading Whisper Grove.
Dark Brotherhood[edit]
The Dark Brotherhood is a guild of assassins with holdings all over Tamriel.
Dark Witnesses[edit]
The Dark Witnesses are a clan of Reachmen in Mournoth. They are intent on reclaiming the area for the Reach.
Darkfern Clan[edit]
The Darkfern Clan is a clan of Wood Orcs hired by Canonreeve Oraneth to help her and her team in their excavation of the Elden Hollow.
The Darklings[edit]
The Darklings are a group of hostile Nocturnal worshippers who have settled in the ruined fort of Faldar's Tooth.
Darkmoon Prowlers[edit]
The Darkmoon Prowlers are a friendly gang of "Khajiit" outlaws ruling over the Rawl'kha Outlaws Refuge.
Darkreave Curators[edit]
The Darkreave Curators (also known as Darkreaves) are a Dremora clan that zealously serve Hermaeus Mora. They aim to catalogue everything in existence and are very hostile and protective of written works. They can be found in various facilities around Apocrypha, particularly the Obscured Forum within The Ravening Morass.
Dawnmead Bandits[edit]
The Dawnmead Bandits are a group of Khajiit skooma peddlers led by Fishbreath who have small camps set up all over the Dawnmead region of Reaper's March.
Dead-Water Tribe[edit]
The Dead-Water Tribe, or the "Naga-Kur" in Jel, as they more commonly refer to themselves, are a tribe of Nagas residing in their village in northwestern Murkmire.
Unlike the tribeless Nagas that inhabit the region, the Naga-Kur are proud warriors, deeply entrenched in tradition. They are feared by neighboring tribes due to their brutal ways and are considered hostile to outsiders.
Death Hunters[edit]
The Death Hunters are a group of like-minded individuals who can be found around Tamriel, hunting and bringing down the most dangerous of quarry. In particular, they have a taste for hunting down vampires and werewolves.
Deathbringer Clan[edit]
The Deathbringer Clan is a clan of dremora that serves Molag Bal. It is led by Valkynaz Seris, and rose to prominence through its betrayal of the Foolkillers Clan. They command the Reaver Citadel and guard the way to the Lord of Schemes' inner sanctum.
Deathwing Clan[edit]
The Deathwing Clan is a clan of Reachfolk. They venerate the cycle of life and death.
Diamond's Daughters[edit]
The Diamond's Daughters are an all-female team of Imperial fighters from the Imperial Legion's ranks.
Direnni[edit]
The Direnni were a prominent clan of Altmer merchants who became a powerful dynasty that ruled High Rock during the First Era. They faced the Alessian Order at the Glenumbra Moors.
Dirty-Drakes[edit]
The Dirty-Drakes are a smuggling organization who specialize in Skooma and are led by an Imperial mage known as Saevus Minutius. They have been recently operating around Merryvale Farms.
Disloyal Nobles[edit]
The Disloyal Nobles is a witch coven occupying Rubble Butte, led by Lady Edwyge.
Divine Prosecution[edit]
The Office of Divine Prosecution is a section of the Thalmor whose members serve as lawkeepers that uphold both secular and religious law on Summerset Isle, along with enforcing the complex social rules that govern Altmer society.
Dogeater Tribe[edit]
The Dogeater Tribe are a goblins tribe located on Stros M'Kai.
Dorzogg's Dozen[edit]
Dorzogg's Dozen are a team of gladiatorial fighters led by their self-apointed king Dorzogg. They can be found participating in the events at Dragonstar Arena in Craglorn.
Doubting Monks[edit]
The Doubting Monks were a monastic order who resided in the Temple of the Seven Riddles. They have largely been killed by the Dro-m'Athra or corrupted by the bent dance after Kulan-dro desecrated the seals for Namiira, leaving the Twilight Cantors to purge the corruption.
Dragon Cult[edit]
The Dragon Cult was an ancient theocracy that once ruled over all of Skyrim in service to the dragons under Alduin. Many of its Dragon Priest leaders remain in a state of undeath, tended to by their draugr servants.
Dragonclaw Clan[edit]
The Dragonclaw are a clan of Reachmen competing in the tournament taking place at the Dragonstar Arena.
Dragonguard[edit]
The Dragonguard are the predecessors of the Blades. Originally from Akavir, the Dragonguard came to Tamriel to serve the Dragonborn, Reman I. Although officially disbanded at the end of the First Era, the Dragonguard continue to wait for the next Dragonborn to claim the Ruby Throne.
Dragonstar Caravan Company[edit]
The Dragonstar Caravan Company is a caravan outfit based out of the town of Ska'vyn, though it was originally formed in the town of Dragonstar, from which the company drew its name from. They have offices in both as well as Evermore and Lilmoth. They transport various things, including civilians if need be.
Draugrkin[edit]
The Draugrkin are a group of Nord graverobbers. They have been hired by the Gray Host to smuggle reliquaries out of Unhallowed Grave and into Western Skyrim.
Dreadhorn Clan[edit]
The Dreadhorn Clan is a clan of Reachmen who have allied with minotaurs to capture Falkreath.
Dreadsails[edit]
The Dreadsails (or Dreadsail pirates) are a group of Maormer pirates. They are led by Fleet Queen Taleria and have begun to plague the waters of High Isle and Amenos under her command. They are based out of Dreadsail Reef, a previously-untouched islet.
The Dreadsails have invaded Shipwright's Regret in search of lodestones. They are also located on the northern coast of Amenos and at Shipwreck Shoals.
Most Dreadsails wear either Dreadsails style or Syrabanic Marine style.
Dreamcarver Clan[edit]
The Dreamcarver Clan are a Dremora clan that serve Vaermina. In recent times they have been sighted in Apocrypha serving her interests and are known to work together with the mortal Hidden Kindred cult.
Driladan Clan[edit]
The Driladan Clan are a clan of Bosmer that originally lived in the Driladan Pass. Their homes and families were devastated when the Veiled Heritance raised the dead all around them, with only a few managing to flee with their lives.
Dro-m'Athra[edit]
The dro-m'Athra are former Khajiit whose spirits were corrupted by the Bent Dance, the drumming of the Dark Heart of Lorkhaj. They serve Namiira, the Great Darkness, and reside within the Dark Behind the World.
Drowned Dogs[edit]
The Drowned Dogs are a group of pirates that can be found throughout Hew's Bane, usually on the southern coast.
Drowned Horde[edit]
The Drowned Horde is a group of undead Nord pirates found at Bitterpoint Strand. The opening of a cursed chest on the island causes the skeletal crew to awaken.
Drublog[edit]
The Drublog are a clan of Wood Orcs in Malabal Tor. For many years they lived peacefully near the Bosmer, but they have recently become aggressive and started attacking cities and towns for reasons unknown.
Duneraider Bandits[edit]
The Duneraider Bandits are a group of Khajiit bandits settled in the ruins of the Lost City of the Na-Totambu. They have captured a Redguard historian named Paldeen in order to gain access to the treasures found within.
Dusk Scholars[edit]
The Dusk Scholars are hostile illusion mages and followers of Molag Bal residing within the Library of Dusk in Coldharbour itself. They have captured and imitated several scholars from Tamriel who were part of the invasion forces shortly after they arrived in the ruins to explore them.
Dusteater Tribe[edit]
The Dusteater Tribe is a tribe of goblins and ogres found in lower western Craglorn. They can be found in great numbers in Rkhardahrk, at Taborra's Camp and just outside Shada's Tear.
