Lanz gro-Ghra the Landlord

Lanz gro-Ghra is an Orc marauder who owns the Flophouse, a low-rent apartment building in Bravil.

Lanz likes to sleep in. He gets up around 10am and wanders around his building until 2pm, when he goes to The Gallows Cookhouse to eat a late lunch for three hours. He then returns to the Flophouse and wanders about for an hour, then sits on the bench outside his room until midnight. After that, he resumes walking around for another two hours before heading to bed.

Lanz wears a stitched green shirt, leather bracers, iron greaves, and iron boots, and is armed with an iron battle axe.

Lanz occupies the largest room in his building, which is rather neatly kept, in contrast to the rest of the place. He has a bed, dresser, and a set of shelves that hold various items - extra weapons and armor, a collection of beer bottles, and other knickknacks.

Lanz is a nice enough person, for an Orc, but his dealings with his tenants have left him a little out of sorts: "Oh great, another freeloader... look kid, we're full up as it is, and I don't need another mouth that doesn't know where its wallet is." If you comment on how tough his situation sounds, he'll tell you more: "You're damn right it is. I've got one tenant that won't stop crying in her sleep, I've got another one that weirds me out, and one that won't stop drinking his rent money every day." He's happy to accept an offer of help, though, which leads to the non-journal quest Lanz gro-Ghra's Rent Money: "Help? You want to help me? Fine, yeah, I know how you can help. Convince my damn tenants to pay their rent, and I'll give you a quarter of what they owe me. They're Cassus, Mina and Denwin."
