Han-Zaw sits in the shadows... at least I think he's there...

Han-Zaw is an Argonian Shadowscale agent who spends all his time at Vark's Tavern, a dive bar in the Bravil Riverside settlement outside of Bravil. He has been sent to Bravil to assassinate another Argonian named Ferntail.

He spends all his time in Vark's Tavern, planning and waiting for an opportunity to make an attempt on Ferntail's life.

Han-Zaw wears a leather cuirass, blacksmith's pants, chainmail gauntlets, leather boots, and a black hood; he's armed with a steel dagger.

Han-Zaw can be found upstairs in the tavern in a very dark corner, near a table with a note and dagger on it. The note is an order to assassinate Ferntail, who is a former Shadowscale agent. If you talk to him, he'll tell you to get lost: "Beat it kid, I'm too busy to deal with weaklings like yourself." If you ask what he's busy with (and are persistent), you'll get the non-journal quest Find Han-Zaw's Brother.
