Frehja at work in The Blue Fig Bakery in Leyawiin

Frehja is a Khajiit merchant who runs The Blue Fig Bakery, a bakery in Leyawiin with her husband, Larahiid.

As the shop's cook, Frehja has a busy schedule. She gets up at 5am every day, eats breakfast for an hour, then heads down to the kitchen to fire up the ovens and start the day's baking. She works in the kitchen all day until 6pm, then cleans up and goes to the Three Sisters Inn for dinner. At 10pm, she returns to the shop and goes to bed.

Frehja wears a baker's apron, blacksmith's pants, and oiled linen shoes; she carries five pieces of Leyawiin flatbread, two apples, a loaf of bread, and a key to the shop.

Frehja lives above the shop, but not with her husband - she shares a room across the hall with her apprentice. It has two separate beds (each with a clothes chest), a dining table and food cupboard, low dresser, and a bookcase and bench.

If you talk to Frehja, she tells you who really runs the shop: "Don't get the wrong idea! Larahiid may work the counter, but it is Frehja that does all the work!" If you inquire further, she says: "While he's off lounging around, Frehja is working her claws blunt to keep up with the demand! She even needed to take on an apprentice just to stay out of the water! Farus may be new to the profession, but he is a fast worker, a hard worker too! Without him, Frehja simply would not be able to do it. Then again, it wouldn't hurt to have Larahiid get his lazy tail into the kitchen and do some work for once!"
