Cell referenced does not appear in CS

I tested this suggestion, it did not work. Moreover, the alphabetic Cell View in the CS goes from Bal Oyra, Umbrid Serath:Smith to Bal Oyra, Viccia Hateria's House, which suggests that the cell was deleted, as of Version 21.01.

Out of date information edited

A lot has happened in the eleven years since May of 2010: The Siltstrider died and the shipping company pared the route back to Helnim and Firewatch as Bal Oyra became something of a backwater. Or, it could just be that writing for a mod that is undergoing changes carries the risk that the wiki will not be updated as the changes occur. Kalevala (talk) 21:06, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
