Nightblade Passive "Hemorrhage" requires Assassination ability slotted

The tooltip stipulates the following requirement:

"WITH AN ASSASSINATION ABILITY SLOTTED"

This doesn't seem to be noted on this class line page or on the Hemorrhage page itself. The only note is that "passive abilities are active all the time," which could mislead someone into thinking Hemorrhage always takes effect regardless of skills slotted. — Unsigned comment by Virtus753 (talk • contribs) at 21:53 on 13 July 2021 (UTC)
