Wizard Nisira

Wizard Nisira is a Redguard mage who can be found by the entrance to an Aldmeri ruin in Skywatch.

She is now no longer interactable and her dialogue is now deprecated as of Update 38, as Azandar al-Cybiades has moved his study into the ruins.

"Honor and faith. Please keep your distance from the door. This ruin is off limits to those such as you."

"Won't. I've been forbidden to speak of it by the Artificer himself. You want to know what's in there, take it up with him.
If you can get him to talk about it."
