Urbdawash is a Redguard fence who helps run Five-Finger Bargains at the Outlaws Refuge in Vulkhel Guard.

When you speak to him, he'll irritably say one of two things:
- "I assume you have something to sell?"
- "Damn the war. Good for business, bad for everything else."
If you've reached your limit for both selling and laundering, he will instead say:
- "Not right now. Come back later, when the Guard scrutiny is less intense."
