- Complete the "Two Queens" quest in Northern Elsweyr.
Rimmen Revolution is awarded during the main quest in the Elsweyr chapter. The only quest you will need to complete is Two Queens.
Earning this achievement will allow you to purchase a Banner, Rimmen (page) for your house. It costs 10,000 and can be purchased from Lathahim in Rimmen.
