Solve Peryite's puzzle in the Plagued Quarter of Bastion Nymic.

Pestilence's Puzzler is achieved by a single group member collecting 3 of the same colored plague urns (red or green) spread throughout the Plague quarter, and vomiting them on the statue of Peryite which opens up 2 doorways on either side of the room. These doorways lead to a backroom with enemies, that once killed, awards the achievement.

After interacting with the urns, you will take on one of the following effects:

• Jade Flu — Afflicted with one of Peryite's sacred diseases.
• Scarlet Fever — Afflicted with one of Peryite's sacred diseases.
• The Crimson Rot — Afflicted with one of Peryite's sacred diseases.
• The Red Pox — Afflicted with one of Peryite's sacred diseases.
• Emerald Necrosis — Afflicted with one of Peryite's sacred diseases.
• The Green Death — Afflicted with one of Peryite's sacred diseases.
