Neer is an Argonian found in the settlement of Murkwater. She is a survivor of the recent Dominion invasion.

Neer:

• "I'm here to help. Do what I do and no one will see us."

Neer:

• "Lead the way. I hope retribution comes next."
• "Shadowscales! I guess its [sic] my lucky day."
• "I couldn't bear to dig much longer! I'm glad you came."

After you signal the Shadowscale ambush, she is found at the rendezvous:

"I haven't seen my husband since the Dominion attacked. I wonder if he's all right."

After the quest, she can be seen relaxing at the camp near the Shaveskin's Lament:

"My husband died in the invasion … but I never liked him anyway.
Okalg, now that's a lizard I could wrap my fingers around!"
