Medila Faram is a Dark Elf Dark Brotherhood assassin who can be found sharpening her twin blades at a Fishing Hole northeast of Jheury's Cove during the quest The Island Tour, available only during the Heroes of High Isle event.
She can be found standing on a blood-stained fishing platform together with her fellow assassins, Thorfinn and Sahurzo. She has no dialogue.
