The Hidden Dagger Landing Site

The Hidden Dagger Landing Site is a secluded jetty on the northeastern coast of Bal Foyen. Although the name implies that the Daggerfall Covenant is using this as their landing site, there are no ships or other signs of landing, except for the fact that there are some Covenant soldiers found nearby.
