Fighters are members of the Fighters Guild that appear throughout the Hollow City after rescuing King Dynar, and unlocking the Fighters Guildhall. They wear Akaviri style armor, and some of them may say unique lines of ambient dialogue.
They can occasionally be seen fighting Dremora in the wilds of Coldharbour during Random Encounters.
