Battlefield Mobility II: (WITH ONE HAND WEAPON AND SHIELD EQUIPPED) Reduces the Movement Speed penalty of Bracing. Current penalty: 36%

Battlefield Mobility increases your movement speed while blocking with a Shield. Note that you will still be slower while blocking than not blocking, but by a lesser degree.
