The Aspect of the Bear, a white bear, is the manifestation of one of the Ternion Monks' three Old Gods: the Bear. The Aspect of the Bear aids you in battle if you pray to the Totem of the Bear during the related quest. The Bear is said to enhances one's strength and provide protection against overwhelming odds.
While the Bear accompanies you during its related quest, it grants the buff "Aspect of the Bear". This buff increases your damage done by 5% and Decreases your damage taken by 10%.
It is useful for the first trial, which requires strength.
