Thieves Guild member

She is supposed to be a member of the Thieves Guild, as when you talk to her about the topic "Thieves Guild" and you are a member, she says "Welcome, %PCRank %PCName. I don't know who's in at the moment, but look around. And I'm not the best source for the latest gossip, either. Talk to the folks who've been out there, they know what's hot.", but since she has no rank, %PCRank doesn't show and ends up displaying % only.

It says in the article that she has a working relationship with the guild, but isn't a part of it. It looks pretty deliberate to me, I think. Eric Snowmane 18:42, 24 October 2011 (UTC)

Are you sure about that? I can't verify in-game, but info from the CS tells another story. When asked about the Thieves Guild, she replies with: Welcome, %PCRank %PCName. I don't know who's in at the moment, but look around. And I'm not the best source for the latest gossip, either. Talk to the folks who've been out there, they know what's hot. but only when her disposition is above 30 but below 50. The game checks for your rank, but only when you two are in the same faction. Because that's not possible since she's not a member of the Thieves Guild, it only displays the %. It's probably a bug of some sort, but I don't think my coverage is 100% accurate. There's no actual check for being in the same faction. The result script has a comment of "Drelasa Ramothran; samefaction", but comments have no effect. It needs "Function/SameFaction=1" in the "Function/Variable" section of the CS to restrict her dialogue. Wolok, the disposition 50 and 70 responses are only used if you are NOT a member of the Thieves Guild. Thieves Guild member will always get the "Welcome...what's hot" response. Since there is a samefaction comment, I hold by my theory that she is supposed to be a member of the Guild, but was mistakenly unassigned membership and rank. 175.138.178.144 14:58, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

rpe, That's not all of it. I tried just now to add "Same Faction = 1" to the dialog entry, and it doesn't display that dialog at all. She doesn't have a faction set in her NPC settings, which is also required to make the fix complete.73.197.21.216 22:35, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
