Twice-Bitten

Twice-Bitten is an Argonian slave working in the fields of the Ules Plantation.

If you ask him for a kindly Redguard while trying to find a safe haven for the "escaped slave" Tul, he will say there may live one to the "north and west", but Twice-Bitten believes he is just a rumor.

It is not possible to free him under normal circumstances as there is no slave key at Ules Manor. It is still technically possible to free him by using a Command spell on him and bring him to a cell where there is a slave key.
