Ladia Flarugrius is an Imperial savant who works for the Thieves Guild at the Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad. She is a medium trainer in Mercantile and Speechcraft, a minor trainer in Athletics, and will buy books, though she doesn't have any for sale. She will only offer these services to fellow Thieves Guild members, however.
Ladia wears a common shirt with matching shoes and an expensive skirt with a matching ring. She carries a random drink, a random iron weapon, and a random Imperial weapon. Aside from her natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, she knows no spells.
