Tiber Septim

Tiber Septim is a Nord Legendary Warrior and unique NPC that can be obtained through the Emperor's Pass when your Dynasty reaches level 45.

As a special character, he has numerous traits, specifically the Enduring, Headstrong, Leader, Melodramatic, and Tribal traits. He is equipped with Hjalti's Sword and Armor of Tiber Septim.

Official Description

Born as Talos Stormcrown, Tiber Septim was the first Emperor of the Third Empire, and is considered by many in Tamriel to be the Ninth Divine.

"Hi, I'm Tiber Septim. You may remember me as Talos the Ninth Divine, or Ysmir the Dragon of the North."

Notes

• Although there have been contradictory accounts on his race in previous works, he appears as a Nord in this game.
• An early description for him was "Emperor Tiber Septim, also called Hjalti Early-Beard, General Talos Stormcrown, the Red King, and Ysmir, was a Dragonborn and the first Emperor of the Septim Empire."
• In-game, his claims to being Tiber Septim are doubted by some NPCs, who say:

"{RoyalAddress}, this man claims to be the first Emperor! General Talos Stormcrown himself, the Red King of the First Age, the Dragon Prince... This is madness! Heresy!"
