A Poisoned target takes continuous poison damage, and their maximum Health is reduced until the end of combat. This effect is triggered automatically on any target that takes at least 25% of their max health as poison damage within 5 seconds. Poisoned lasts for 5 seconds.

Notes

• Resist poison directly reduces the amount of poison damage dealt with a minimum of 1 damage. Resistances can be circumvented with elemental resistance piercing.
• Fortify poisoned does not deal direct poison damage to the defender's health, but acts as if that amount of damage is dealt for counting towards the 25% threshold. It also ignores resistances.
• In the Arena, the player's health is tripled, which also decreases the amount of damage needed to 8.33%.
