Bravil Stairs Mesh

I think it's important to note that Leyawiin Harbour has missing meshes if one of the /40/ .BSA files aren't installed. This may very well be fixed in a future update, but until such time as that update is publicly available I cannot see any reason to remove the fix from this page. There was no info about the Leyawiin issue online outside of an obscure Russian forum.

Furthermore, I feel like this is pertinent info to retain on the page even after v6.2.4 is released. Users may be playing an older version and may come to this page with the same question as me. It's more helpful than suggesting that the mesh issue is the result of a different mod. —⁠Legoless (talk) 23:56, 23 December 2022 (UTC)

I consider your repeated restoration of this bug report vandalism, however as you're a site administrator there's nothing I can do to stop you.

Bug reports should be provided on the Nexus web site, not passively written onto pages of the Wiki where I may not notice them or may not recognise them as a bug report. The bug has nothing to do with a different mod, rather the wrong base object was used in Leyawiin ESP in two locations, referencing a base object which uses a mesh with three different possible textures depending upon which Bravil BSA you choose to install. It should instead be using the vanilla base object with a fixed texture, and will do in the next release. —Vorians (talk) 08:26, 24 December 2022 (UTC)

Actually, there's nothing stopping you from reverting the edits I or any administrator make to an article. However, please remember to assume good faith rather than accusing another editor of vandalism. I'm trying to improve the usefulness of the page by adding info I found helpful. You might consider the stair mesh to be a bug, but for me it was an installation error that was easily remedied.

To quote the editing page: If you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly, then don't submit it here. Editors are permitted to add notes about common bugs and this is done widely across the site. —⁠Legoless (talk) 20:06, 24 December 2022 (UTC)
