Stararon Spratt

Stararon Spratt is a Redguard commoner who lives in the Imperial City Temple District with his wife Cecilla.

He wakes up at 8am every morning, eats breakfast, and spends his day strolling around the Arboretum. At 6pm, he goes home to eat dinner two hours. At midnight, he returns home and goes to bed.

He wears a random lower-class shirt, pants, and shoes, and is armed with an iron dagger. He carries a house key.

The Spratt house is located on the upper level, in the southeast part of the district. The lower floor is a dining area with a dining table and chairs, a table in the back for food prep (and barrels for storage), and a chest of drawers for plates and flatware. The upper floor is one large room; the front half has three benches set up in a horseshoe shape, along with two food cupboards; the other half has their bed, two clothes cupboards, a chest for valuables, and two dressers and another cupboard back in the corner.
