The Public Bathing House is a public bathhouse and swimming pool located in the Imperial City Waterfront Tunnel, midway along the upper level.

The bathing house is a separate building inside the tunnel; the door is locked until the quest Clear the Aqueduct is completed.

Unlike the bathing house in the Diplomatic District, this one is less ostentatious. The center of the room is occupied by a large rectangular pool for large groups to bathe. At the north end of the building, a smaller round pool allows people to soak, and a table and stools have been placed nearby for people to sit and chat while they partake of refreshments. A second table sits in the southern corner, near a large fountain, and benches in alcoves along the walls allow single visitors to sit and relax.
