Harry the Hoveless wanders the Bravil Docks begging for gold

Harry the Hoveless is a Nord pauper who lives in the Bravil Docks.

He gets up at 8am every morning and spends his day wandering around the docks, begging for money. At 9pm, he joins the dockworkers and other homeless folks around a campfire to eat, drink, and swap stories until 5am, when he goes to his bedroll.

Harry wears sack cloth pants and sandals, and has a small amount of gold.

The first time he sees you, Harry will hit you up for a few coins: "Hey, you couldn't spare a coin or two, could you?" If you give him some, he'll thank you: "Hey, you're alright." If you don't, he'll become annnoyed: "Sure, that's what they all say... you don't have anything to worry about, you're full, you have somewhere under a roof to sleep tonight... Some of us don't have it as good as you do, you know..."
