Admiralty

The Admiralty is a government building that houses the bureaucracy of the Imperial Navy. It is located beside the gate to Green Emperor Way.

The ground floor is an open office with one large desk and a couple smaller ones. Stairs lead down to the basement, which has another office area for clerks and a meeting room with a large table, maps, and a small desk in the corner. A door at the far end leads up to the Joint Staff.

Stairs in the main office lead up to a conference room dominated by a large round table flanked by a row of counters. A set of stairs leads up to a tower room with a globe of Nirn.
